"Abraham Joshua Heschel taught that Judaism is based in time," began a graduate course description in Talmud, "We are going to explore the realms of Jewish space." In this session we will dive into a few cryptic mentions of Huppah and marriage laws in the Talmud, exploring and discovering some understanding of how this particular once-in-a-lifetime space transforms the lives of individuals forever. Married or not, if you love Talmud or are new to it, this will be a fun ride.
